The community’s Board of Directors hires contractors to perform various maintenance.
The Members elect a Board of Directors, which makes the day-to-day decisions. This way, decisions can be made efficiently and in the overall best interest of the community.
- The Corporation has responsibility for certain management tasks (including rent collections, bill paying, snow plowing, etc.).
- Contractors work under the direction of the Board.
